Every batch measured, every measurement kept

Parts are gauged on a coordinate measuring machine before they leave the hall. The report travels with the delivery note, and we keep a copy for fifteen years so a warranty claim in 2039 can still be traced to a machine and a shift.

We have made turned parts in the same building since 1961. The grinding department is nineteen people, most of whom trained here. That is the entire reason a tolerance survives a production run.
